Create or choose an assistant in Corthex and download the Corthex AI plugin ZIP from its Integrations tab.

In WordPress, open Plugins → Add New → Upload Plugin, install the ZIP and activate it.

Open the Corthex menu in WordPress and select Connect to Corthex.

Sign in to Corthex, choose the assistant for this shop and confirm the pairing. The plugin receives its connection settings automatically. Enable chat and save.

Open your storefront, ask about a known product and inspect the conversation in Corthex.

Check the connection in Corthex Connections, then ask about a product on the storefront and inspect the conversation in Message Center.
