Choose an assistant and download the PrestaShop module from its Integrations tab.

Upload and enable the module in the PrestaShop back office.

In the module, select Connect to Corthex, sign in and choose the assistant for this shop.

Back in the module, select Link Webservice to Corthex. The module enables Webservice and creates a scoped read-only key for the required resources.

Check the connection in Corthex Connections, then test the storefront widget as a signed-in shopper.

Check that the module reports Webservice linked, then open the widget as a signed-in customer and check the support context.
