What is Corthex?

Corthex is a platform for branded AI assistants. Connect your company knowledge, add an assistant to your website and manage customer conversations with your team.

Where do the answers come from?

Corthex searches your connected knowledge sources, such as documents, URLs and product content. Source citations help visitors and your team understand where an answer came from.

Can a real person take over?

Yes. On supported paid plans, live handoff lets your team step into a conversation with the messages and context already available in the Inbox.

Does it work with my webshop?

Corthex has native PrestaShop and WooCommerce connectors. You can also embed the widget on other websites or build a custom integration using the API.

Do I need a monthly subscription?

No. Pay as you go lets you buy AI credits once and use them when you need them. Purchased credits do not expire. Useful while you prepare a launch or have occasional demand. Monthly subscriptions are optional, with their own features and included credits.

Can I try it for free?

Yes. The Free plan includes one assistant, one knowledge source and 25 one-time AI usage credits. They do not renew. No credit card is required to start.
