Connect step by step.

    Open the Corthex assistant you want to use in Slack.

  2. 02

    Select Connect to Slack in its Integrations tab.

  3. 03

    Choose the Slack workspace and review the requested scopes in Slack.

  4. 04

    Approve access and add the app to the channel where you want to use it.

  5. 05

    Mention the app or send a direct message, then verify its reply.

What access is needed?

  • chat:write to post replies.
  • channels:history, groups:history, im:history and mpim:history to receive conversation context.
  • app_mentions:read to respond to mentions.
04 / Check

Test before you go live.

Send a mention or DM. The bot should reply; its Integrations tab should show Connected.
