Step by step

  1. 1

    Identify the workspace

The selected organisation determines the members, contacts, billing, connections and data you can access. Switch organisations if expected items are missing.

  2. 2

    Identify the agent

Each agent has its own instructions, model, knowledge, public branding and embed ID. Editing one agent does not update another.

  3. 3

    Identify the conversation

A conversation is a visitor’s message history for an agent. A staff session adds ownership, status and support actions around that history.

  4. 4

    Use shared workflows intentionally

Workflows belong to the workspace and have explicit agent assignments. Saving an assignment and publishing workflow steps are different actions.

A single place for an assistant, its knowledge and the people behind it.

Corthex lets a team create an AI assistant that answers from approved knowledge, appears on a website, and can hand a conversation to a person at the moment it matters. Your workspace keeps bots, sources, conversations, contacts, leads, integrations and billing together.

Build

Set a role, tone, model and source of truth for each assistant.

Help

Answer visitors in a branded widget and record the whole conversation.

Take over

Let staff pick up, reply and safely resume AI support.

Recommended path: create one focused support bot, add 5–10 high-quality sources, test real questions, then publish the widget to a staging page before placing it on your production site.

Good to know

Use an internal naming convention that includes brand, purpose or language. Public Display Name can remain shorter.

Check the result

Complete a test from your public website and check the resulting conversation in Inbox before inviting customers.

Questions & troubleshooting

Why can my colleague see a different list?

Compare the selected organisation and membership before changing or recreating anything.

Does a workspace language translate my widget?

No. The dashboard language and each agent’s public language/copy are configured separately.
