Find the right place to change a setting
Use this map to distinguish agent behavior, public widget design, workspace automation and personal notifications.
Before you begin
Sign in and use the workspace switcher to select the organisation you want to set up. Keep a small set of real customer questions ready for testing.
Step by step
- 1
Change the agent’s behavior
Open AI agents, select an agent and use its general settings for internal name, instructions, model and tool permissions.
- 2
Change the public messenger
Use Appearance for the display name, icon, colors, language and customer-facing message labels.
- 3
Change routing or outreach
Use central Workflows for rules, page invitations, contact collection and agent assignments. Older per-agent workflow links redirect there.
- 4
Change your own alerts
Open the staff profile menu and Notifications. Speaker selection is local to your browser, while notification preferences belong to your profile.
- 5
Change organisation access
Use Settings for members, billing, connections, messaging channels, API keys and webhooks.
Good to know
Use the help search with the label you see on screen; Dutch terms such as naam, meldingen and hervatten also find relevant English guides.
Check the result
Complete a test from your public website and check the resulting conversation in Inbox before inviting customers.
