Step by step

  1. 1

    Choose the intended tone

Select the tone offered in Branding that best fits your audience and save.

  2. 2

    Align the instructions

Check the general prompt for conflicting directions, such as a very formal style combined with casual support copy.

  3. 3

    Test several situations

Review a routine answer, a misunderstanding, missing knowledge and staff handoff. Friendly wording should not hide an important limitation.

Good to know

Tone changes style. It does not authorise policy exceptions, add knowledge or guarantee an exact generated sentence.

Check the result

Save the change and reload a page that loads this agent. Check desktop and mobile, including text contrast and the collapsed launcher.

Questions & troubleshooting

The wording is still inconsistent

Remove contradictory prompt/workflow style rules and check the source material for copied marketing language.
