Step by step

  1. 1

    Open the relevant agent

Review insights for the assistant that produced the conversations. Keep the period and source context in mind.

  2. 2

    Inspect the supporting example

Read the original question and answer. Confirm the finding is a repeated knowledge or behavior gap rather than a one-off ambiguous request.

  3. 3

    Accept or dismiss deliberately

Use the offered review controls, then update the appropriate knowledge/prompt configuration if required by that workflow.

  4. 4

    Test the improvement

Repeat the original scenario and a nearby case. Review fresh conversations to check that the change helps.

Good to know

An insight is a suggested improvement, not independently verified business information. Never add an invented policy simply to satisfy a suggested answer.

Check the result

Compare the same scope and period before drawing conclusions. Investigate real conversations and sources alongside aggregate metrics.

Questions & troubleshooting

The same issue returns

Check whether the underlying source was updated and processed, and whether another conflicting source remains.
