Step by step

  1. 1

    Choose the correct agent

Open Leads for the agent that collected the submissions. Review the visible fields and submission context first.

  2. 2

    Use Export

Start the supported CSV export and wait for the download. If an error is shown, resolve it rather than assuming a partial file is complete.

  3. 3

    Check the file

Open it with an appropriate CSV viewer and inspect column names, text encoding and a few representative rows. Keep phone numbers and identifiers as text when necessary.

  4. 4

    Store it responsibly

Use an approved location with suitable access. A downloaded copy is outside Corthex’s workspace access controls and needs its own retention process.

Good to know

An export does not verify contact identity or grant permission for unrelated marketing. Do not publish the file in a public repository.

Check the result

Confirm that the value belongs to the right conversation and that its verification/provenance label is accurate. A name or email is not proof of identity.

Questions & troubleshooting

The spreadsheet changes a phone number

Import that column as text to preserve a leading plus sign and zeroes.
